Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellation & Refunds: Self Paced Learning
For Self Placed Learning: – No refunds. All payments under this purchase will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. For Instructor Led Online Training: – No Refunds. There will be no refunds whatsoever for any courses.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
No Refunds. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances. All payments under this purchase will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Skills 2 Achieve reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc).
Refunds for Registration Fees of all Programs:
We regret to inform you that any advance registration fees made under any programs with Skills 2 Achieve will not be subject to refunds. This decision has been made to streamline our administrative processes and ensure the smooth operation of our programs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. Rest assured, we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and support throughout your journey with Skills 2 Achieve.
Refunds for Master Program:
At Skills2Achieve, our commitment to your success is unwavering, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent Refund and Return Policy. We believe in fostering a partnership with our clients that is built on trust and mutual commitment to success. In case Skills 2 Achieve cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
Refunds: Duplicate Payment
Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 to 10 working days post intimation by the customer. Note: All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request is approved by Skills2achieve.
