Business Development Specialist (CTC-2.5LPA to 4.5LPA)

Job Description: ( 2 Wheeler Mandate )

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
  • Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
  • Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positive

relationships with them for future scope of sales.

  • Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and

commitment to users

  • Assisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offerings
  • Building a good professional relation with the existing users

to ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis,resulting in enhanced renewals

  • Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any

changes on the product.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum 3.5 – 4 years of field sales experience
  • Should have his own vehicle (2 / 4 wheeler) with valid license
  • Should have completed graduation
  • Decent English , hindi or other regional language
  • Should be a go getter with a love for achieving targets
  • Should be friendly and at same time professional goal oriented person
  • Very energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
