Job Description: (CTC 2.5LPA to 4LPA)

Individual Tasks/duties and responsibilities: (KRA’s)

  • Promote, counsel, and sell skill development/career development programs to students and professionals globally.
  • Start as a Business Manager and contribute to meeting the Weekly/Monthly Revenue Targets.
  • Contacting students through Outbound Calls, WhatsApp, Chats, and Emails to propose Online Programs.
  • Propose and Pitch for Online Internship & Placement Programs (IT Courses) to Colleges & Universitiies.
  • Creating MOU’s to sucessfully collaborate with corporates,colleges and Universities.
  • Generating prospects via social and personalized channels and referrals to meet the set targets.
  • Promoting University Programs such as Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree Programs from Reputed Universities/Colleges.
  • Following up with students/Working Professionals for Admissions/Enrollments.
  • Assisting students with Admission/Loan process to Onboard Admissions.
  • Assisting Students with the necessary documentation for the Onboarding Process.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end with a skilled approach to Onboard Learners.
  • Take the initiative to analyze relevant data through references, social networks, cold data, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to create qualitative data aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs targeting key demographics.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless closures irrespective of geography.
  • Assist students with Loan or Fintech Options for Onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospects, pricing, sales, and activities.
  • Formulate and enact strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company presence.
